Frequently asked questions
The questions companies ask us most before getting started. If something's still unclear, reach out — we reply within 24 business hours.
What exactly is a "qualified lead"?
A decision-maker who matches your exact buyer profile and has already raised their hand to talk. And, above all, an already-worked lead — not a cold contact: it comes from LinkedIn, has an active account, received our messages, engaged and commented, and we attended to it and answered its questions. By the time it reaches your team it's qualified, interested, and in context, logged in our prospecting CRM (which you can access) — ready to close, not to start from scratch.
How much does it cost, and what's included?
It depends on how many LinkedIn accounts you run: $1,000 USD per month for 1 account, $1,800 for 2 and $2,400 for 3 (in Mexico: $13,800, $24,800 and $33,100 MXN plus VAT). All in — and your first month is free. Every plan covers its LinkedIn accounts running in parallel with one dedicated inbox per account, dedicated email accounts we create and warm for you, AI-generated outreach personalized one to one, interactive image messaging, a lead model that improves every month, access to our prospecting CRM with human follow-up, and a monthly strategy meeting. Separately, you can add the sales toolkit — a website with an AI chat, an explainer video, a diagnostic tool, and a professional sales deck and proposal — as a one-time $850 USD ($14,000 MXN plus VAT), plus $30/month that keeps the website and the diagnostic tool up. There's no setup fee and no ad spend — your monthly fee is the whole investment.
Why is this so much cheaper than a U.S. agency?
Because we're not a U.S. agency, and we'd rather say it out loud than let you wonder. We operate from Mexico: senior people with over 10 years and 70+ B2B clients behind them, U.S.-market experience, and technology we built ourselves — running on a cost base no U.S. or European agency can match. The same program built in New York or Austin carries U.S. salaries, U.S. rent, and an agency markup on top; ours doesn't. The standard of the work is identical — the outreach reads native, the assets are first-class — you're simply not paying for someone's zip code. And you don't have to take our word for it: the first month is free, so you can judge the work before you pay for it.
What exactly do I get in the free first month?
Everything. We build your infrastructure (LinkedIn personas, dedicated inboxes we create and warm, your verified prospect list), launch your campaigns, and start opening conversations — plus we begin building your sales assets. There's no setup fee and no charge for month one. You only start paying from month two, once you've seen the machine running with your own market and your own leads in front of you. One condition: the free month, the free setup and the guarantee are offered only if what you sell is measurable, provable, proven, and guaranteeable — that's the only way we can commit to a number. We review it together before you sign.
What happens to the website and the diagnostic tool if I stop being a client?
The video, the deck, and the proposal are files: they're yours forever, whatever happens. The website with its AI chat and the diagnostic tool are live software running on our infrastructure, kept up by your $30/month fee: it covers the hosting, the changes you ask us for, and the chat's AI usage. If you leave, those two go down with the engagement. We say it upfront because it's the honest trade: we don't hand over systems we keep operating every month.
A website, a video, a deck, a proposal and a diagnostic tool at that price — what's the catch?
No catch: we already build these things every day, for ourselves and for our clients, with our own AI tooling. The website, the AI chat, the explainer video, the deck, the proposal, and the diagnostic tool are productized — we're not starting from zero on each one, so building them costs us a fraction of what an agency would quote you. We offer them at a starter price because leads convert badly when there's nothing solid behind them: better assets on your side means more of the appointments we book turn into revenue, which is exactly what keeps you a client.
How long does it take to launch?
We're typically live within about 10 business days. We use that time to build your infrastructure from scratch: LinkedIn personas, messaging strategy, sequences, AI personalization variables, and the polishing and verification of your prospect list.
How does the guarantee work?
We guarantee 5 to 10 appointments per month with qualified, already-worked leads — that number is written into the engagement. What we guarantee is the booked appointment with a lead who matches your profile and agreed to talk; whether the meeting is held and the deal closes is your team's job. We don't offer it to everyone: we commit to a number when what you sell is measurable, provable, proven, and guaranteeable. If your offer isn't there yet, we'd rather tell you before you sign. On top of that, if after your first 2 paid months you're not satisfied and you've done your part (attended the meetings, delivered your materials, and scored 8.0+ on your final assessment), we refund 50% of those two months.
Do I need LinkedIn Sales Navigator? Who pays for it?
Yes: each LinkedIn account needs its own active Sales Navigator license — one license per account you choose to run, and they're on you. It's the tool we use to segment and prospect your exact buyer, and those licenses are the only thing you put in on tooling. What you never pay for is ad spend: there's no ad budget to feed, so all your money goes to building pipeline.
Is there a lock-in or long-term contract?
There's a contract, but no strings attached — and no setup fee to recover, which is usually what locks people in. It runs month to month: your first month is free and you can stop whenever you want. We recommend giving it 2 paid months simply because that's how long the channel needs to show what it can do — not because we tie you to a long term.
Which industries and countries does it work best in?
It works especially well for considered B2B sales where your buyer isn't on Meta ads or searching your category on Google: manufacturing, industrial equipment, professional services, technology, and more. We've generated pipeline across five countries in the Americas, including expansion into the United States.
Will the English outreach actually sound native?
Yes. It's the number-one doubt for anyone selling into the U.S., and we take it seriously. Our AI writes directly in natural, idiomatic American English — the tone, phrasing, and rhythm of a native speaker — not literal translations from Spanish that give the origin away. We also know how a U.S. decision-maker reads and buys, so we adapt the positioning and the hooks to their codes, not just the language. We've already opened the U.S. market for clients who started with no network or brand recognition there — so it's a channel proven in English, not a theoretical promise.
Do you integrate with my sales CRM?
No. We don't integrate with or touch your sales CRM, and we don't replace it. We run our own prospecting CRM that you have access to: there you see every lead, their contact details, and everything we've done with each one. When a lead is ready, your team moves it into your sales CRM to close it — so you don't need a CRM of your own to get started.
What happens if the appointments don't come in a given month?
Our success is tied to yours: the guaranteed number is in the engagement and we work to it. The lead model learns from your market month over month, and in the monthly meeting we adjust targeting and messaging. If we don't hold up our end, the satisfaction guarantee applies.
Do you touch my primary email domain?
Never. We create and warm dedicated email accounts for your campaigns, so your primary domain's reputation stays intact and protected.
Still have a question we didn't cover?
The pipeline assessment is free and no-obligation — the best place to work through what's specific to your business.
