The story

I'm Mac. Over the last 30 years, I've worked across industries — manufacturing, financial services, professional services, technology — in commercial, operational, and strategic roles. I've been the buyer evaluating vendors. I've been the seller trying to get in the room. I've run teams that needed pipeline and couldn't afford to wait for referrals.

What I saw, over and over, was the same problem: B2B companies with excellent products had no reliable way to reach the right people. Not because the people weren't reachable — but because the channel that actually works for complex B2B sales was being operated manually, inconsistently, or not at all.

LinkedIn outbound, done right, is the most direct path to a qualified conversation with a decision-maker. Done wrong — generic templates, spray-and-pray volume, no follow-through — it's noise.
